Too Much Thinking Is Dangerous To Your Health

Jumping to Conclusion is a natural human tendency, but we must learn to be very careful not to do this. We are constantly bombarded with so much sensory information that is imposible for us to pay attention to everything. Our subconscious mind scans our environment and selects what it deems may be important for us to notice. Even then, people not only see things the way they are, they also tend to see what they expect to see, as well as what they want to see.

Different people tend to lead their decision-making process with their intuition, feeling, hearing, and sensing. Pero, is that enough? People, situations, any reading materials, mga palabas sa TV, etc. Sa lahat ng bagay na nangyayari, pwede tayong mag-isip beyond borders.

I'll take some example sa mga tao. Kahit kelan, you cannot appreciate a certain person, hanggat hindi mo siya totoong nakikilala. At kung may naiisip kang iba, at hindi mo alam kung totoo ba yon o hindi, why don't you ask? Don't conclude! Sometimes kasi, we don't bother to ask questions when we're already satisfied sa kung ano ang nakikita at naririnig natin. Or maybe, the person is too coward to ask questions to bring up some confrontations? Kaya nga there are many things na hindi na se-settle because of this attitude. Hindi masamang magtanong. Ang masama, yong magtahi ng kwento ng hindi mo naman nalalaman kung totoo ba yon o hindi, dahil you let the gestures, do the talking.

Other people ACTIONS can be DECEIVING, alam naman yan ng lahat ng tao. Kaya don't base on anything you can see, hear, and feel because you can interpret it falsely. Pwera na lang kung totoong kilala mo na yong tao at pinagkakatiwalaan mo siya.

Pwede ring pinaglalaruan ka lang ng utak mo or can I say, polluted na yong pag-iisip mo because you're too paranoid? O kaya pwede ring, you're blessed with close-minded mind kaya hindi mo na ini-entertain yong iba pang possible reasons behind those gestures, events, situations etc... Or maybe; Mula't sapul palang, alam na nong taong yon kung ano ang nangyayari kaya he / she also keep playing your game. Pwedeng ang maging reason niya is to confuse other and to have excessive proof to confirm if the intuition is right or wrong.

" BUT " Neither any of these -- YOU CAN'T ASSUME anything, if this is TRUE or NOT, without any evidence. Kasi baka mamaya nagja-JUMP INTO CONCLUSIONS ka na naman and you may not even notice. *smile*

What we perceive is not always what is really going on! Remember to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and that jumping to conclusions is not the best exercise.
